Chunchen Liu received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2007. Since fall of 2007, he has been working toward the Ph.D. degree in the department of electrical and computer engineering, co-pai with University of California, San Diego and University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Liu was a recipient of the 2007 IBM problem solving award based on the use of the EIP tool suite. Two of his papers were also nominated as the Best Paper Award candidates at the IEEE/ACM International Conference on Computer-Aided Design in 2007 and IEEE International Conf. on Compute Design in 2008. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Liu also served the test automation technology consular of the primary founder for Wireless Infotech, San Diego which was acquired by VanceInfor and IPO (NYSE:VIT) in 2008. Mr. Liu was in Samsung Wireless communication research center from 2010 to 2012. He is also the founder/co-founder of Tyflong limit,Taiflong limit, Division head technical deputy manager at Mstar, in the Touch chip panel, video/audio application division. and technology consular of Rapid bridge which was acquired by Qualcomm in 2012. He is the author of 11 US patents and 20+ papers in top conferences and journals. He is also TIC PI of IAPRA (office of the director of national intelligence) projects with Bell labs.
