Christopher P Mattison

Christopher P Mattison currently works at the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), United States Department of Agriculture. Christopher does research in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Immunochemistry, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Food Science, and Agricultural Plant Science. His current projects include (1) identifying and characterizing allergens; (2) developing new diagnostic reagents and methods for allergen detection; (3) establishing new processing methods to attenuate or eliminate immunoglobulin E (IgE) recognition of allergens; and (4) identification of novel allergy therapies.
