Christopher Lange currently works at the Department of Radiation Oncology, State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. Christopher does research in Cancer Research, Molecular & Cell Biology and Genetics. Their current project is 'Testing the Cancer Stem Cell Hypothesis.' Christopher is seeking funding to automate an assay that he has developed and patented for measuring the sensitivity of individual patient Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) to proposed treatments, with the aim of individualizing treatment selection. The automation would make major clinical trials feasible.
