Christian G. Bien

Christian G. Bien is the Director of the Department of Epileptology (Krankenhaus Mara) at Bielefeld University. He obtained his Medical Degree from the Free University of Berlin and completed his neurology and epileptology training at the Medical Center of the University of Bonn. At the Medical School of Bielefeld University , he is Professor of Epileptology. He also works with the Laboratory Krone, Bad Salzuflen/Germany. His main fields of clinical and research activities are autoimmune encephalitides/epilepsies, presurgical diagnostics and cognitive science in epileptology.
