C.P.F. Redfern

Chris Redfern received the B.Sc. degree in biological sciences from Exeter University, Devon, U.K. (1976), and the Ph.D. degree in genetics from the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, U.K. (1980). After post-doctoral research with the Universities of Edinburgh and Liverpool, he joined the Faculty of Medicine, Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K., where he is currently Reader in retinoid molecular biology with the Northern Institute for Cancer Research. His current research interests include cellular stress and retinoid signalling.
