Bio
先后主持或参加国家 973 计划课题、国家863项目、国家自然科学基金、广东省产学研重点项目等。将电信号引入到生物功能涂层并研究其响应特性,发展了具有原创性的电活性功能涂层并用于钛基金属等骨修复材料,取得系列研究成果:(1)发现了钛表面功能涂层通过响应外加电信号可实现其亲疏水/几何构型周期性转换效应的规律,及其介导蛋白与细胞选择性粘附/脱附的作用机制;(2)在医用钛表面构建出具有本征微区电场的新型功能涂层,揭示了该涂层本征微区电场介导骨性结合和新骨快速生成机制,为提高传统承重骨修复材料的成骨活性提供了新途径。(3)设计功能涂层的组分、结构和表面,发展了医用钛植入体表面生物活性钙磷梯度涂层及微纳多孔结构涂层,阐明了上述材料与蛋白、细胞、骨组织的相互作用规律,揭示了其促进骨性结合作用机制。
