My research interests : I. Examination of Small/Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (SWAXS), Cryo-EM, Free-electrons laser II. Developing a useful strategy for the computational/experimental platform to study the time-resolved protein dynamics structures III. All-atom MD simulations to rigorously compute conformational free energies, and binding pathway quantitatively compared with experimental results. IV. Quantum chemical calculation to predict the electronic and optical properties of complex systems.
