Head of the Optoelectronics, Heteroepitaxy and Materials (OHM) research team at FOTON laboratory, and specialist of growth, structural, electronic and optical properties of III-V and Si semiconductors and nanostructures. I (co)-authored more than 80 articles. I was recipient of the « best Ph.D. prize » award of the Sandie European Network of excellence, the « Bretagne Young researcher award », and the « loading the future » award.
