Chao Fan (S’18-M’20) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in integrated circuit design and integration system from Xidian University (Hons), Xi’an, China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D degree from the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, University of Macau, Macao, China, in 2020. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China. His current research interests include RF/mm-wave integrated circuits and high-speed wireline communication circuit and system. Dr. Fan was a recipient of the ISSCC Student Travel Grant Award (STGA) in 2020. He is a technical reviewer for several international journals and conference.
