As the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Tuskegee University since August 2015, I oversee the largest college of the university, responsible for nine departments, two Ph.D. programs, over 110 faculty members, and 15 staff, with nearly 1000 students and a budget portfolio of $20M.
