个人简介
Chang-Hong Shen received the Ph.D. degree in physics from National Tsing-Hua University in 2006. His academic interests include photovoltaic devices, flexible electronics, and low-temperature laser/plasma processing. His current research focuses on developing low-cost, third-generation Si and CIGS thin-film solar cells, and monolithic 3-D nanoelectronics.
