Carlos Fonseca

Mr. Fonseca is an Executive IT Architect and manager of the Emerging Technologies Solutions Development department in IBM Research. He has more than 20 years of IT and software engineering experience. Mr. Fonseca joined IBM in 1990 and has contributed to many IBM solutions, products, and technologies over the last 25 years. He currently leads a team of software engineers and IT professionals, working on a wide range of technologies projects including emerging client connectivity, mobile and native cloud application development, and the Research hybrid cloud development and operations.
