Carlos Calaza

Carlos Calaza received the B.S. degree in physics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, in 1996, and the second B.S. degree in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Barcelona in 2000 and 2003, respectively. In 2017, he joined INL as a Staff Researcher dedicated to process integration with the Microfabrication and Exploratory Nanotechnology Group. His main research topic is the development of micro and nanofabrication processes for the implementation of MEMS/NEMS for various applications. During his research, he has contributed as the author or a coauthor for 4 book chapters, 34 peer-reviewed journal articles, and more than 100 publications in conference proceedings as the results of his participation in 19 funded research projects.
