Camilo Hernandez-Aviles

Camilo Hernandez-Aviles' clinical and research interests are primarily focused on stallion reproduction, with particular emphasis on sperm physiology, sperm cryobiology, methods to improve sperm quality after cooled storage and freezing/thawing, and the application of laboratory-based methods to assess sperm quality and fertility in stallions, particularly flow cytometry and molecular biology (“omics”). Other interests include the use of assisted reproductive technologies in equids.
