William Paschoal

I'm graduated in Electrical Engineering at Federal University of Ceara (1995), Masters in Physics at the Federal University of Ceara (1998) and PhD in Physics at the Federal University of Ceara (2001). He is professor at Federal University of Maranhao. He has experience in physics, with emphasis on optical and espectroscopic Properties of Condens Mattter, acting on the following topics: vibrational spectroscopy and impedance of materials and static simulation of dielectrics solid.
