Pierella Camilla

Camilla Pierella (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in bioengineering from the University of Genova, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. From 2013 to 2017, she was a Visiting Scholar and then a Postdoctoral Researcher with Northwestern University (Shirley Ryan Ability Laboratory), Chicago, USA. She was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), until 2020. She was a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Genova, from 2021 to 2023. She is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Informatics, Bioengineering, Robotics and Systems Engineering, University of Genova. Her current research interests include motor control, neuromotor rehabilitation, and technology for motor improvement and rehabilitation.
