Ph. D degree in Biochemistry of the University of Sciences and Technology Lille 1 (2001). Associate Professor in Biochemistry at the University of Artois since 2002.
Since September 2013, works in the BioEcoAgro Joint Cross-Border Research Unit where I'am, just recently, co-animator of the research team ‘Health benefit of of protein hydrolysates and agro-food byproducts’. where I develops and exploits mass spectrometry-based tools to study the protein hydrolysates of agro-food byproducts.
