Member of the Italian Society of Pathology and Cytology (SIAPEC) and Italian Lymphoma Foundation.
He is author/co-author of 153 publications on peer reviewed journals. Professor Agostinelli has dedicated his research activity to the study of lymphoma pathobiology in order to identify new therapeutic targets and tissue biomarkers for the early identification of chemorefractory patients. His interest is currently focused on the role of microenvironment in the evolution of both hematopoietic and solid tumours and its potential as therapeutic target.
