Bio
Dr. Brian Cook is a Senior Researcher at the University of Oxford. He leads the Health Behaviours work package of the Livestock, Environment and People (LEAP) project that will test a variety of food environment interventions to reduce demand for animal-sourced foods. The team will work with retail partners to test “nudge” strategies to support people in making healthy and sustainable food purchasing choices. The research is strongly interdisciplinary, drawing on insights from colleagues in environmental sciences, geography, health and other disciplines.
