Branndon R. Chen

Branndon R. Chen received the B.S. degree in materials science and engineering from Alfred University, Alfred, NY, USA, in 2016. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering at the University of Delaware, Newark, DE, USA. He is currently a Post-B.S. Research Associate with Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Oak Ridge, TN, USA, and also with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Electrical and Electronics Systems Research Division, Oak Ridge. He has coauthored several pending publications. His current research interests include processing and mechanical testing of sintered-silver interconnects, FEA modeling, and SEM analysis. Research interests include nanomaterials synthesis/processing, advance ceramic processing, and ceramic/polymer-matrix composite systems development.
