广东省杰青获得者。研究方向:硅基硫系玻璃光电子集成器件,专注于新一代信息处理的光电子集成材料与器件研制及其在光互联和光感知领域的应用研究。近五年主持国防基础加强重点项目课题、国防创新特区项目、国家、省、市自然科学基金等项目10余项,累计1100余万元;在Nature Communications、Nano Letters、Laser & Photonics Reviews等国际期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,已授权发明专利16项,在国内外学术会议做邀请报告20余次。
