Key Research Interests: Numerical modelling of regional to local scale dynamical processes in the atmospheric boundary layer, dust transport mechanisms and investigation of air pollution dynamics in urban, rural and industrial setting. Current Research at KIT: Development of an state-of-the-art microscale urban climate model PALM-4U, capable of resolving turbulence at relevant scales.
