Bomy Chen

Bomy Chen was with IBM Microelectronics for 12 years and hold several senior management positions for both DRAM and logic technology in both research and development and manufacturing projects. He joined Silicon Storage Technology (SST), Inc., in 2003, where is currently the Vice President of Advanced Technology and a Technical Fellow of Microchip, mother company of SST. Microchip/SST is one of the leading embedded flash solution and stand flash products providers around the world. He has 116 U.S. patent issued, 44 U.S. patent pending and 46 technical publications that cover from 0.8-um CMOS to 90-nm’s embedded DRAM and embedded flash, unit process, new device, phase change memory, and SoC process integration.
