I am interested in structural, optical and electronic properties and molecular beam epitaxy growth of III-V-semiconductor heterostructures, in particular self-assembled quantum dots. We grow such heterostructures and perform experiments revealing the optical properties by photo luminescence and electronic properties by transport- and capacitance voltage spectroscopy. Recently we started to combine optical and electronic techniques. For single dot preparation and experiments we cooperate with researchers from all over the world.
