Andrew CK Lee currently works at the Sheffield Centre For Health and Related Research, the University of Sheffield, as a Professor of Public Health with academic interests in health protection, disaster management, communicable disease control, primary care and global health. He is also a Regional Deputy Director for Health Protection with the UK Health Security Agency, and the Editor in Chief for the journal Public Health (a journal of the Royal Society of Public Health).
