Büro Lang, active since 2004, conducts research and offers consultancy in animal ecology and biodiversity sciences. Core activities include ecological research, planning and advice, preparing expert opinion, environmental assessments, performing surveys and environmental monitoring (see “Projects”).



Priority of Büro Lang is on – but is not restricted to – the agricultural landscape, especially the following aspects:
• study of the effects of transgenic crops on non-target organisms
• biodiversity and land use in managed ecosystems
• monitoring methods and strategies to record and survey animal populations
• wildlife conservation and management measures.
