Andreas Hoy

I joined SEI Tallinn in October 2020. I hold a PhD degree in Climatology/Geoecology from TU Bergakademie Freiberg/Interdisciplinary Environmental Research Centre (Germany). My research interest include the evaluation of extreme weather and climate events, the quality and homogeneity of long-term data series, variability and changes of atmospheric circulation effects, analysis of climate change impacts and possibilities to adapt, climate communication and the visusualisation of climate data.
