Andre Devaux

Ph.D. in Agriculture Science from the Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. More than 35 years experience in research for development with the International Potato Center (CIP) and other organizations such as FAO, DFID, the Belgian Cooperation, the Swiss Cooperation (SDC). Research experience in potato production and innovation systems, value chain approach and public-private partnership collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the Andes, East Africa and in Asia (Pakistan).
