Ph.D. in Solid State Electronics from The University of Texas at Austin (Adviser: Dr. Sanjay K. Banerjee). Explored novel two dimensional materials (TMDs, hBN etc.) for their application in ultra-low power and high performance nanoelectronic devices. My authored and co-authored papers have been published in high impact factor scientific journals including Nano Letters, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and Applied Physics Letters.
