Amol Prakash

Amol Prakash received the PhD from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Washington, in 2006. He is a senior research scientist in the Biomarker Research Initiative in Mass Spectrometry (BRIMS) Center, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cambridge, Massachusetts, one of the largest manufacturers of scientific and analytical instruments. In this position, he develops innovative mass spectrometry-based workflows that can help scientists around the world in their biomarker-based projects. His research interests include mass spectrometry-based proteomics and comparative genomics.
