A major focus of my research is on building advanced computational methods to 1) integrate genomics and imaging data at single-cell level resolution and 2) leverage existing large-scale transcriptomic datasets to address relevant biological questions by developing computational deconvolution tools to infer the abundance of different cell types from mixed cell populations.
