I am a post-doctoral researcher in the unit Genotoxic stress and Cancer in Institut Curie. I study post-transcriptional regulation of RNA in cancer and in response to therapeutic genotoxic drugs. My primary focus is on genome wide study of alternative splicing and polyadenylation in different cancers. I did my PhD in University of Calcutta, india, where I studied post-transcriptional regulation of IL6 family cytokines in Leukemic cell lines. I did my master's and bachelor 's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Calcutta.
