Alhan Farhanah Abd Rahim

Alhan Farhanah Abd Rahim obtained her B.Eng Hons in Electronics Engineering from University of Southampton in 1998, MSc and PhD in Solid State Physics from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2003 and 2014 respectively. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Centre for Electrical Engineering Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. Her research interests are in synthesizing and fabricating advance semiconductor materials (group IV and III-V) and devices utilizing low cost techniques and Semiconductor TCAD simulation and modelling. She has published more than 50 technical papers in journals and conference proceedings locally and internationally.
