个人简介
Alessandro Borghese received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering and the M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in electronics engineering in electronics engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy, in 2014 and 2017, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree.
His current research interests include wide bandgap power devices, especially SiC MOSFETs, electrothermal characterization and simulation of power semiconductor devices, and advanced testing of electron devices.
