I work with biologists, chemists, informaticians, and business leaders to apply AI + machine learning.

As a machine learning researcher, my work has ranged widely across algorithm design and statistics, employing interactive/representation/weakly-supervised learning for a variety of purposes.

I've designed all the main molecule classes - DNA/RNA, small molecules, and proteins/antibodies. I have worked with other geneticists to better understand the gene regulation mechanisms of reprogramming, differentiation, cancer, and aging.
