Research Interests
Exotic Baryon Search (He is now a spokesperson of the J-PARC E42 collaboration for the H-Dibaryon(uuddss) Search with a Large-Acceptance Hyperon Spectrometer), Meson-Baryon Molecules, Hyperon-Hyperon Interaction, Vector Meson Photoproduction, Production Mechanism of Multiply Strange Baryons (Cascade and Omega), Double-Strangeness Hypernuclei, Cosmic-Ray Interaction, Development and Application of Particle Detectors (Time-Projection Chamber, Cherenkov Detector, Scintillating Fiber Detector), Development of Table-top Accelerators, Large-acceptance Multipurpose Spectrometer (LAMPS) at RAON (the first rare-isotope accelerator to be built in Korea).
