个人简介
Andreas Vogl completed his Dipl. Ing. in electrical engineering at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany, in 2002. His diploma thesis was entitled “Nanocrystals for non-volatile memories”. Since 2002 he has been employed at the Microsystems department of SINTEF as a MEMS-designer. His research interests are modelling and simulation (both finite-element and on a system level), process integration of microsystems, piezoMEMS and nanotechnology for MEMS. In addition, he has worked towards the field of implantable, medical sensors and BioMEMS related applications. In addition to his activity in national projects, he has worked in more than 20 EU funded and co-funded projects. He has been the technical coordinator of the ECSEL innovation award winning ENIAC project Lab4MEMS and the coordinator of the EU FP7 success story project EM-safety. Andreas holds several patents and has several patents pending.
