个人简介
At imec our team is exploring and developing new materials and fabrication processes for high-quality and high-coherence superconducting circuits such as microwave resonators, though-silicon vias and transmon qubits. Other work activities include studying control of superconducting qubits with cryo-CMOS electronics and development of wide-band Josephson parametric amplifiers.
