Angela Chen

Angela Shin-yih Chen is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the National Taipei University in Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. Her research interests focus on cross-cultural Human Resource and Organization Behavior. Her publications can be seen in the International Journal of Intercultural Relations, Personnel Review, and the Leadership Quarterly Journal. Her teaching interests include human resource management, organizational behavior, research method.
