Douglas W. Losordo
Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine
Dr. Losordo is an interventional cardiologist, a professor of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a member of the Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation. Dr. Losordo joined Northwestern from Tufts University in Boston, where he was a professor of medicine since 1989 and chief of cardiovascular research at Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, the teaching hospital affiliate of Tufts University. Dr. Losordo received his medical degree from the University of Vermont, and is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the Society for Cardiac Interventions and Angiography.
