Alexander E. Klimov

Alexander E. Klimov graduated from Novosibirsk State University, Physical Department, in 1978. Doctor of Phys.-Math. Sciences, Head of Laboratory of Heterostructure Physics and Technology at the Rzhanov Institute of Semiconductor Physics, Siberian Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His research area is physics and technology of narrow-gap semiconductor materials intended for IR applications.
